How can I find my grandson with out having to pay a boat load of money to a private investagator ?

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

My son was trying to obtain full custody of his son when half way through the court procedings she disappeared with the baby. I have been able to locate her as far as Flordia (from Ohio) she is collecting welfare there. I can not get an address or even a city on them. I have to pay alot of money to a private investagator. I do not have it. I am a full time student part-time employee. I really miss the little guy. She fled after she had charges droped from drug parifanelia to disorderly conduct. I suspect she was afraid that my son would bring that up in court. He would have, with good reason. I am afraid for him ,his health and safety because of the guy she took off with. If you have any ideas about how I could do this please help. I really do miss my grandbaby, We have not seen him in over a year now.

Interested in sailing from New York to Florida to the Caribbean – how do I go about it?

Tuesday, October 6th, 2009

I am interested in learning how to sail. After doing so, I would like to use that experience to sail from New York to Florida to the Caribbean.

I’m not hard core – I don’t mean to do it without a couple of engines, lots of practice, and safety equipment. My question is, what kind of boat – that isn’t too expensive – would be best suited for this purpose?

And where might I go online to start learning about what I need to learn about?

thanks!!
I am getting a real kick out of these replies.

I’d like to teach 7/8 year olds about water safety. Any Ideas?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

I’m doing swim lessons for 7 & 8 year olds and besides learning basic swimming and the 4 strokes, i’d like to include water safety tips in my lessons. The thing is I want these kids safe in all types of weather, so I’d like to teach things like, what to do if they fall off a boat, or what if they get swept away by a raging river (things that they will almost never have to deal with, but are good to know just in case). Is there a good website i could go to that would give me emergency situations like this?

What’s more reliable a jet or propeller engine?

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Pros/Cons of each
Safety, for overnight travel, fishing.
Maintenance.
Is a jet boat worth the extra money?
I’m not interseted in racing at all .. but i dont want
it to be slow … I am planning to take trips of 50 KM plus on them (one way).. so maybe 100 KM back and forth.

The boats i am looking at are between 6 to 10 meters long.

Only problem is that i cant decide on the engines
Also Safety is a real issue .. considering the activites and the number of people that are going to be on the boat. (wake, ski) 8 ppl on boat

Tow Capacity? on engines

Boaters Safety in MI?

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

So I’m 16, just moved onto a lake with family, and got a boat for Christmas. Do I have to take Boaters Safety to operate it on the lake? Even if I don’t need it for the boat, would it be smart to invest in the classes, just to be safe, especially if I go to a friends house who may have a Jet Ski (PWC) And how difficult are the classes?
