What is that Rap/Hip Hop music video where they’re on a yacht?

This late 1990’s or early 2000’s video takes place on a huge, white yacht out in the middle of the ocean. The main guy sings about summertime and is holding a bottle of champagne. I think he is wearing white and might have a hat on. There are lottts of women on the boat. I know this was definitely played on CMC (The California Music Channel)
